We are looking for a Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function from the ground up, partnering closely with leadership across all areas of the business in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will take ownership of key legal domains and proactively drive critical initiatives.</li> </ul> Key Responsibilities Commercial & Product Counsel <ul> <li>al partner, providing pragmatic, business-oriented counsel to stakeholders across the company on commercial, product, and regulatory matters.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams on launches, partnerships, and new initiatives.</li> <li>Provide practical, business-oriented guidance that balances risk with speed and execution.</li> </ul> Risk, Compliance, & Governance <ul> <li>Lead and implement internal processes to manage and mitigate potential risks related to privacy, data security, and insurance policies.</li> </ul> Strategic Transactions & Intellectual Property <ul> <li>Support strategic corporate activities, including fundraising, M&A, and ongoing IP initiatives (trademark, patent, etc.).</li> </ul> Legal Operations & Infrastructure <ul> <li>Build, improve, and scale legal processes, templates, and playbooks to support the company’s rapid growth.</li> <li>Identify and initiate opportunities for internal legal education, training, and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Take ownership of key legal domains, proactively driving initiatives and managing all engagement with outside counsel.</li> </ul> Required Experience & Skills <ul> <li>5+ years of post-bar commercial law experience from a leading law firm and/or in-house technology company. </li> <li>Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements.</li> <li>Hands-on experience advising on US and international privacy, data security, and compliance matters.</li> <li>Proven track record in building and scaling legal infrastructure, processes, templates, and playbooks in a high-growth environment.</li> <li>Experience managing corporate governance matters, including preparing board and shareholder resolutions and maintaining corporate records.</li> <li>Highly effective collaborator and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew - a must), known for being service-oriented and able to engage cross-functional team members.</li> <li>Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies is a strong advantage.</li> <li>Experience working with music publishers, licensing agreements, or media/content-related commercial partnerships is a strong advantage. </li> </ul>
