In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and scaling a high-performing engineering team, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals, and fostering a strong development culture. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, people management, and organizational influence – all within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams, driving execution, delivery, and growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with product, design, data, and business stakeholders to shape roadmap and priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bridge product vision and engineering execution, making strategy actionable.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own key architectural and technical choices that enable scale and continuous product evolution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and boost team velocity through org and workflow changes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coach and mentor engineers, fostering growth, ownership, and impact.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading and scaling teams, preferably in high-growth environments</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong hands-on technical background in software engineering and system architecture</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent understanding of modern development methodologies </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Love for problem-solving and shaping team culture</span></li>
