You’ll have a deep understanding of different audiences, how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What does a Brand &amp; User Insight Marketer do at Simply</strong></p> <p>You will be the bridge between data and creativity. You won't just look at numbers; you will uncover the "Why" behind user behavior and translate those insights into a powerful, resonant brand story. You will be the ultimate advocate for our users, ensuring their voice shapes every marketing campaign and strategic decision.</p> <p>If you’re&nbsp; have a deep understanding of audience behavior and the consumer journey, you might just be our special someone. You’ll work closely alongside product, developers, designers, and data analysts to drive value creation for business growth.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, and measuring results. No challenge is too big!</li> <li>Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.</li> <li>You’ll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience and skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-4 years of strategic marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company, start-up or advertising agency</li> <li>Extensive experience with content and strategy</li> <li>Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Spark factors</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with native social media platforms</li> <li>Consumer product experience</li> <li>Product marketing experience&nbsp;<strong><br></strong></li> </ul>
