With over a million monthly downloads and hundreds of thousands of daily learners, we're building the AI creative companion for every home.</p> <p><strong>What Financial Controller do at Simply:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> <li>Prepare and maintain the Group's consolidated financial statements and manage the consolidation process&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform analytical reviews and reconciliations related to the consolidation process&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as a key point of contact for the Finance team. Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries, providing operational clarity to support data-driven decisions</li> <li>Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance procedures&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare tax calculations and tax reporting, and support the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate and manage the external audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of audit support for the Group's financial statements&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor the Group's cash balances across multiple banks to ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operations&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are and what you’ve done:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in high-tech finance teams.</li> <li>Big 4 Accounting firm internship – a must</li> <li>Degree in Accounting; CPA required</li> <li>Experience in the SaaS and/or software industry is preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of and experience working with US GAAP&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working with NetSuite ERP is an advantage&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken&nbsp;</li> <li>Great analytical skills and attention to details.</li> <li>Hands-on, passionate and able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
